The process of cold drawing tubes consists in reducing the diameter and/or the thickness of a metal tube by passing through a die.
Dimensions
- Outside diameter: 0.80 mm minimum, 30 mm maximum
- Wall thickness: 0.15 mm minimum, 3 mm maximum
Tolerances:
- Outer and inner diameter: ± 0.01 mm to ± 0.20 mm
- Average thickness: ± 10% with a minimum of ± 0.01 mm
- Eccentration: ± 10% of the thickness
Lengths:
- Tubes cut and shaped according to your requests
- Standard lengths
- Straight lengths from 1 to 6 meters (more on request)
- Crowns
